When you participate in the Secret Shopper Program (by simply completing the Evaluation Form below), we’ll send you a Metro Gift Card so your next wash is FREE.

Here’s How:

Familiarize yourself with the questions on the Form (we want you to know what you should be looking for).

Go to Metro Car Wash and get a car wash.

Don’t tell anyone you are a Secret Shopper. It’s a secret, after all.

Keep your receipt.  You’ll need the transaction number.  CLICK HERE to see where the transaction number can be found.  YOU MUST PAY FOR THE CAR WASH, (Secret Shopper evaluations are not allowed on free promotional washes).

Fill out the Evaluation Form on the same day as your visit (we want your experience to be fresh).

Click “Submit”
