When you participate in the Secret Shopper Program (by simply completing an Evaluation Form), we'll send you a FREE $10 Metro Gift Card.

Don't worry, the results will remain confidential. So BE HONEST WITH US. We will use this information to improve our service and make your visits better.

You may participate in this program up to 2 times per year.

How to Participate
Simply download the attached Secret Shopper Evaluation Form
(either the standard form that you fill out with a pen, or one
that you can fill out on your computer).

Familiarize yourself with the questions on the Form.

Go to Metro Car Wash and get a car wash.

Don't tell anyone you are a Secret Shopper. It's a secret, after all.

Keep your receipt.

Fill out the Evaluation on the same day as your visit.

Mail the completed Form, along with your Paid Receipt, to:
